Zielona Gora brings back Djurisic
Stelmet Zielona Gora and forward Nemanja Djurisic are getting together for another season thanks to their signing a new one-year contract on Sunday, the club announced. Djurisic (2.03 meters, 24 years old) came off the bench for Zielona Gora for 9 games each in both the EuroLeague and EuroCup last season, his first as a professional. His numbers were nearly identical in both competitions and averaged to 4.6 points and 3.3 rebounds in about 15 minutes per game. Djurisic grew up in another EuroCup club, Buducnost Podgorica, in his native Montenegro, then spent four seasons playing for the University of Georgia in the United States.
