Dominion Bilbao Basket bolstered its frontline by inking power forward Danilo Nikolic to a two-year deal on Friday. Nikolic (2.06 meters, 23 years old) arrives from Mega Leks, where he averaged 10.6 points and 5.2 rebounds in 30 Adriatic League games last season, helping his team reach the finals. He also helped Mega lift the Serbian Korac Cup trophy last season. Nikolic started his career with Montenegrin powerhouse Buducnost VOLI Podgorica and also played for Gorstak Kolasin and Lovcen Cetinje before joining Mega in 2014. He helped Buducnost win the Montenegrin League title in 2012. Nikolic has also been a member of the Montenegrin U21, U20 and U18 national teams.
