PAOK Thessaloniki BC continued a busy period of roster building with the signing of small forward Rawle Marshall, who arrives from French side Asvel Basket. Marshall (201, 28) signed for one season with PAOK. He averaged 11.5 points and 3.8 rebounds in six Euroleague games last year after joining Asvel midway through the season. He also posted 9.5 points and 2.7 rebounds per game for Asvel in the French League and helped the club win the Semaine d'As. Marshall started the season with Valenica, but left after averaging 7 points on 50% three-point shooting in 19 minutes over four games in the Spanish League. Marshall returns to the Eurocup after averaging 17.3 points and 3.8 rebounds in 12 games for Hemofarm in the 2007-08 season, his first season in Europe. Marshall also played for Indiana and Dallas in the NBA, Cibona in Croatia and Lokomotiv Rostov in Russia following a college career at Oakland University.
