Lietkabelis Panevezys continues to get ready for its 7DAYS EuroCup debut with the addition of swingman Ben Madgen who signed a one year deal, club announced on Thursday. Madgen (1.93 meters, 31 years old) was a Belgium League scoring leader last season. Playing for Verviers-Pepinster he averaged 19.6 points per game on 43.3% three-point shooting. He also had 4.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.1 steals during that campaign. It was his first season in Europe, after playing five years professionally with Sydney Kings in his native Australia. Now, Madgen is ready to make his EuroCup debut playing for a competition newcomer.
