ALBA Berlin made its first off-season move by bringing back Joshiko Saibou, who penned a two-year deal, the club announced Friday. Saibou (1.88 meters, 27 years old) arrives from fellow German side Giessen, where he averaged 7.8 points and 2.2 rebounds in German League action last season. Saibou played for ALBA as a teenager, joining the club in 2007. He won the German junior championship during his time with the team. Saibou made his 7DAYS EuroCup debut in the 2010-11 season with ALBA, playing in two games, before moving to German lower division side Trier, where he played his first full professional season. He also played for Giessen, Crailsheim and Wurzburg, all in his native Germany, before returning to Berlin.
