Lietkabelis Panevezys added size and power to its roster by inking center Vaidas Cepukaitis to a one-year deal, the club announced Friday. Cepukaitis (2.07 meters, 28 years old) arrives from Juventus-LKSK Utenus, where he averaged 12.3 points and 6.7 rebounds in 36 Lithuanian League games last season. He started his career with Alytus Alita of his native Lithuania. Cepukaitis has also played for Zalgiris-Sabonio mokykla Kaunas, Kaunas Triobet, Aisciai Kaunas, Baltai Kaunas, Zalgiris Kaunas, Panevezys Techasas, Pieno Zvaigzdes Pasvalys and Tonybet Prienu. Cepukaitis has also been a member of the Lithuanian U16, U18, U19 and U20 national teams.
