Looking to climb back in the 7DAYS EuroCup Group A standings, MoraBanc Andorra had added experienced forward Chris Copeland on a short-term contract. Copeland (2.03 meters, 33 years old) played most recently for another EuroCup club, Tofas Bursa, averaging 9 points and 3 rebounds in the Turkish League last season. Early in his career, Copeland spend a season each in the Spanish second division, in the Netherlands and in Belgium, prior to his four seasons between 2012 and 2016 with New York, Indiana and Milwaukee of the NBA. Copeland, who signed until the end of February, will fill a hole for Andorra that was left when another forward, Beqa Burjanadze, was injured long-term. Burjanadze hurt his knee in late September and is due out five months total.
