Fiat Turin strengthened its roster by signing forward James Michael McAdoo, the club announced Sunday. McAdoo (2.06 meters, 25 years old) arrives from Agua Caliente of the G-League, where he averaged 15 points and nine rebounds in four games last season. He started the 2017-18 season with Philadelphia of the NBA and also played for Delaware of the G-League, averaging 8.8 points and 5.8 rebounds in 14 games. McAdoo started his career with Golden State of the NBA, helping it win two NBA titles in 2015 and 2017. His father, Ronnie McAdoo, played professionally in Europe. Ronnie's second cousin is Bob McAdoo, a former NBA MVP and a two-time EuroLeague champion with Olimpia Milan in 1987 and 1988. McAdoo is set to make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut with Fiat next season. McAdoo also helped USA win respective gold medals at the 2009 U16 Tournament of the Americas and the 2010 U17 World Championships.
