Galatasaray Odeabank Istanbul fortified its backcourt by signing shooting guard Aaron Harrison to a one-year deal, the club announced Wednesday. Harrison (1.98 meters, 23 years old) arrives from Dallas of the NBA, where he averaged 6.7 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.0 steals in nine games last season. He started the 2017-18 season with Reno of the G-League. There he was worth 18.8 points on 42.7% three-point shooting and 4.3 rebounds in 40 games before joining Dallas. Harrison has also played for Charlotte in the NBA and for Greensboro, Oklahoma City, Erie Bay and Delaware of the G-League. Before that, he helped the University of Kentucky reach back-to-back NCAA Tournament Final Fours in 2014 and 2015. Harrison, who has also been a member of the USA national team, will make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut this season.
