KK Buducnost Voli Podgorica stayed loyal to its own club policy by inking shooting guard Pavlin Ivanov and center Dusko Bunic to respective multi-year deals. Ivanov (1.95 meters, 19 years old) signed a four-year deal with the Montenegrin powerhouse. He arrives from Benetton Basket, where he didn't get much playing time, averaging just 0.7 points in 3 Eurocup games last season. He started his career with Bulgarian side Yambol and played for Benetton's youth teams since age 15, helping its junior squad to reach the U19 Italian championship final last season, earning tournament MVP honors. Most recently, Ivanov led Bulgaria to win the U18 Division B European Championships, averaging 18.3 points in 3 games. Just last week, Ivanov was chosen to the U20 Division B European championships' All-tournament team, averaging 18.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 7 games. Bunic (2.07 meters, 22 years old) inked a three-year deal with Buducnost. He arrives from Vojvodina Novi Sad, where Bunic averaged 12.7 points and 4.5 rebounds in 42 Serbian League games last season. Bunic started his career with Spartak Subotica and soon joined Novi Sad Panonska Banka, where he played for four years before joining Vojvodina last season. He helped Vojvodina to make it to the Serbian League semifinals last season and won the gold medal with Serbia at the 2011 World University Games.
