Coach Przemyslaw Frasunkiewicz will remain at the head of the Asseco Arka Gdynia bench for the coming season after the sides penned a new deal on Thursday. Frasunkiewicz, 40, is set to start his fourth consecutive season as the team's head coach. Arka was also the final team of his professional playing career; Frasunkiewicz led the then-called Asseco Prokom Gdynia to Polish League titles in 2011 and 2012. Frasunkiewicz played for eight teams during his career and was a member of the Polish national team. As a coach, he took Arka to the Polish Cup championship game and to a first-place Polish League regular season finish last season.
