Reyer keeps veteran guard Cerella

Umana Reyer Venice reached a new agreement with veteran guard Bruno Cerella to keep working together next season, the club announced Tuesday. Cerella (1.94 meters, 33 years old) averaged 1.7 points on 68.8% two-point shooting in 42 Italian League games last season, in which he helped Reyer win the title. Born in Bahia Blanca, Argentina, Cerella has played in Italy during his entire professional career, for Basket Agnese, Delta Salerno, Levoni Potenza, Bancas Tercas Teramo, Assigeco BPL Lodi, Cimberio Varese and AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan. He helped Milan win two Italian League titles in 2014 and 2016, and also lifted consecutive Italian Cup trophies in 2016 and 2017. Cerella has also been a member of the Italian national team.
