UNICS brings aboard Theodore
UNICS Kazan has added firepower to its backcourt for the upcoming 7DAYS EuroCup Top 16 by signing point guard Jordan Theodore until the end of the season, pending medical tests, the club announced. Theodore (1.83 meters, 30 years old) will make his debut in the EuroCup when UNICS opens Top 16 Group G with a road trip to Rytas Vilnius on January 8. Theodore started the season with Besiktas of the Turkish League, posting 13.7 points and 6.8 assists until now. He played the 2017-18 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season with AX Armani Exchange Milan, averaging 11.6 points and 4.3 assists in 23 games. His eight-year pro career has been highlighted by winning the FIBA Champions League as MVP with Fraport Skyliners of Germany in 2016. He has also played for Altalya, Mersin and Banvit of Turkey, Bourg of France and AEK of Greece.
