Metropolitans 92 found a point guard for its return to the 7DAYS EuroCup by signing Brandon Brown for the coming season, the club announced on Thursday. Brown (1.86 meters, 30 years old) arrives from Russian club Nizhny Novgorod, for which he averaged 13.5 points on 48.6% three-point shooting, 5.9 assists and 1.3 steals per game in the VTB United League last season. His numbers were even higher in the Basketball Champions League, where he was worth 14.1 points, 6.4 assists and 2.0 steals over 16 contests. Brown began his professional career in Poland where he played for King Szczecin, Jezioro Tarnobrzeg, PGE Turow and Trefl Sopot between 2015 and 2018 before moving to Bulgaria and Balkan for the 2018-19 campaign. He will make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut with Metropolitans.
