Metropolitans signs swingman Brown

Metropolitans 92 strengthened its roster by signing swingman Anthony Brown to a one-year deal, the club announced Monday. Brown (2.01 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Montakit Fuenlabrada, where he averaged 7.4 points and 3.4 rebounds in eight Spanish League games last season. He started the 2019-20 season with Limoges CSP, for which he posted 8.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in six 7DAYS EuroCup games before joining Fuenlabrada.

Brown started his professional basketball career with Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA and has also played for Los Angeles, Erie Bay, Lakeland and Iowa of the D-League, New Orleans and Minnesota of the NBA, as well as for Partizan NIS Belgrade of Serbia. He has also been a member of the USA U19 national team.
