Bursaspor adds perimeter size with Hamilton

Frutti Extra Bursaspor added size to its perimeter by signing Daniel Hamilton for the coming season, the club announced Thursday. Hamilton (2.01 meters, 24 years old) comes to Bursaspor after playing with Guaynabo of Puerto Rico last season and averaging 17.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists in four games. Hamilton played college basketball with Connecticut and was selected in the second round of the 2016 NBA Draft and landed with Oklahoma City. He played with Oklahoma City of the D-League in his first season and split time Oklahoma City of the NBA and D-League in 2017-18. Hamilton moved to Atlanta of the NBA and also played the 2018-19 season with Erie and Rio Grande of the G-League. Hamilton's older brother Jordan Hamilton played at Tofas Bursa and Usak Sportif in Turkey and spent last season at Hapoel Tel Aviv in Israel. Daniel Hamilton will be making his 7DAYS EuroCup debut.
