Mornar loans center Hamilton from Fenerbahce

Mornar Bar strengthened its frontline with the addition of center Johnny Hamilton, who arrives on loan from Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul for the remainder. Hamilton (2.13 meters, 26 years old) dominated the paint last season, his first in the 7DAYS EuroCup, when he led the competition with 3.9 offensive rebounds per game for Darussafaka Tekfen Istanbul. He ranked third in overall rebounding with 8.1 per game and in blocks with 1.4 per game, while averaging 11.3 points on 61.5% shooting.

Hamilton has appeared in 13 games this season in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague with Fenerbahce, during which he's averaged 1.0 points, 2.0 rebounds and 0.6 blocks in less than 7 minutes per game. A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Hamilton began his professional career in 2018 with Gran Rapids in the D-League. Mornar is tied for second in Group H of the Top 16 with a 1-1 record.
