Promitheas reels in rising talent Rogkavopoulos

Promitheas Patras has added some promising youth talent for the upcoming 7DAYS EuroCup season with the announcement on Wednesday that forward Nikos Rogkavopoulos has joined the club for the next three seasons. Rogkavopoulos (2.03 meters, 20 years old) has already spent three seasons with AEK Athens in both the Greek League and the FIBA Basketball Champions League. His playing time rose into double digits last season, when he averaged 5.0 points and 2.1 rebounds domestically while posting 3.0 points and 1.6 rebounds in international competition. After being been a double-digit scorer for Greece at the youth level, and an all-tournament choice at the 2019 FIBA Europe Under-18 Championships, Rogkavopoulos debuted for the senior men's national team at the recent pre-Olympic tournament in Canada.
