Baskonia's Vildoza out long-term
KIROLBET Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz playmaker Luca Vildoza is set to be sidelined for an additional three months due to a shoulder injury that will require surgery, the club announced. Vildoza got injured in late December and is set to undergo surgery in the right shoulder this week. As such, Vildoza will miss the remainder of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season. Vildoza has averaged 7.1 points and 3.2 assists in 16 EuroLeague games this season. He is the third Baskonia player with long-term injuries, joining Jayson Granger and Patricio Garino on that list. He is also the team's third point guard to go down, after Granger and Pierria Henry, who is currently on the injured list with facial fractures.
